Offsite Support is the assistance provided to you at your office via the support centre, telephone, email or chat. We believe that these offsite options will help resolve your concerns in the fastest and most efficient manner.

We have a dedicated Call Centre that provides you with offsite support. Our vast network of Service Partners also extend this service through mails, calls and support centre.

Offsite Support offerings:

Integrated support within Tally.ERP 9 and Shoper 9 enables the users to post, track and close queries right from within the product. This mode is the quickest, most convenient way of getting support directly from a Tally Service Partner of your choice. Using Support Centre would help you keep a track of all your service queries even after they are resolved.

How to use Support Centre:

Your support centre is just a click away from the gateway of Tally.ERP 9. It’s on the top right hand side of the screen. You can also press Ctl+ H to access your support centre.

With this app, connecting with TallyCare is just a touch away, whether it is a product query, or about your license installation, or any other question. The moment your number is registered, our correspondent from Tally help desk will get back to you at the earliest. The registration is a one-time process and the next time you start the app, you would be able place your request swiftly, and you will be contacted shortly.
