Designation/Title Channel Sales Executive
Reporting to Asst Manager Tally Sales
Location Tirupur/Coimbatore/Erode/Chennai
Key objective of the role To be responsible for bringing new accounts and satisfying the client with proper service.
Key responsibilities
  • To be responsible for achieving the overall sales revenue and profitability.
  • To be responsible for developing new business accounts for IT services as provided by the company.
  • To develop new opportunities in the Channel sector, qualify, negotiate, and close business accounts.
  • To build, maintain and grow strong client relationships; grow the business with existing clients by identifying/creating new service offerings.
  • To work on developing and implementing Sales and Account Management Plan.
  • To attend to customers sales enquires understanding of different customer vertical segments and their requirements and proposing the appropriate sales plans to the customers.

Job Specification

Years of Experience Minimum 6 months/freshers can also apply
Qualification
  • MBA Marketing/MMS Marketing/Diploma in Sales
  • Commerce Graduate
  • Tally Knowledge Preferred
  • Local knowledge as per region is preferred
Competencies Good communication is must

Designation/Title Tally Programmer
Reporting to Manager – Business Development Tally Enterprise Solution
Location Tirupur/Coimbatore/Erode/Chennai
Key objective of the role Satisfying the customer to the core.
Key responsibilities
  • Understanding the query of customer.
  • Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
  • Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.
  • Documentation as per company standard.
  • Reports to be generated as per standard.

Job Specification

Years of Experience Minimum 6 months, freshers with good academic record can also apply
Qualification Commerce Graduate with 60%? Tally Knowledge

  • Implementing Tally for customers.
  • Handling client interaction for requirement gathering.
  • Mapping business requirements.
  • Developing package according to customer requirements.
  • Implementing package – conducting user training sessions.

Job Specification

Years of Experience Minimum 6 months, freshers with good academic record can also apply
Qualification B.Com and Tally with 60% or higher second division overall
